“Fullsteam is the coffee Volcano calls its flagship speciality offering, and it comes from Colombia's Risaralda region. Local community coffee is processed at a wet mill where cherry is sorted carefully by quality, and the lot is fully washed before a medium-light roast - strength 4 on the roastery's light-to-dark scale. Volcano cup it as smooth milk chocolate with ripe stone fruit underneath, nectarines and apricots, working equally well as espresso or blended with milk.”
