Together with Mió and the Instituto do Espirito Santo the roastery founded Sombra, an agroforestry and coffee farming system project aimed at moving Brazilian coffee away from monoculture. This lot is natural processed and roasted medium-light at strength 3 on Volcano's scale. The cup is stone fruit, hazelnut, cocoa and nutmeg - the roastery recommends it for filter, for anyone who likes nutty and spiced flavours.”
