“A Brazilian coffee from the Cocatrel cooperative, founded in Três Pontas in 1961 and now counting over 6,000 members, most of them smallholders. Part of the Castanhas do Brasil selection grown around Carmo de Cachoeira at 900-1,100 m, naturally processed in ventilated boxes kept below 40°C and rested one to two weeks before milling.”
