This lot is decaffeinated via ethyl acetate (E.A.), a naturally-derived compound from Colombia's sugar cane industry that keeps the coffee's sugary, juicy profile intact. Composed of Castillo and F6 varieties, washed with Ecomill equipment that cuts water use, and patio sun dried at 1,300–1,550 metres.”
