“Demicha is a young coffee-growing village in the Harsu Haro Muda Kebele of Uraga, Guji, where smallholders intercrop new coffee with maize and false banana. Heirloom varieties grown between 2,100 and 2,250 metres are dried in cherry as a natural, giving blueberry and orange sweetness with a jasmine lift. A fruit-forward Ethiopian lot.”
