“Umber is a seasonal blend from Utopian Coffee of Fort Wayne, Indiana, inspired by the warmth and depth of the changing season. Layered and inviting, it brings together the jammy sweetness of spiced berry compote, the decadent richness of Black Forest cake, and the delicate, wine-like character of ripe plums, offering a beautifully balanced cup with lingering sweetness and comforting depth. Utopian was founded more than a decade ago by two cousins: one a craft coffee aficionado and the other a backpacking vagabond who fell in love with coffee-producing countries, cultures and people. That passion for both the craft of coffee and the care of people forms the foundation of the company, which invests in and learns from coffee producers around the world in pursuit of a supply chain that honours people and the environment.”
