“Finca Tío Conejo is a 25-hectare farm outside Manizales in the Caldas region of Colombia, growing coffee at 2,000 meters since 2010. Owned by Ivanov and Angela Castellanos, the farm follows regenerative agricultural practices, reforesting the land and building a biological network that supports more than 130 species of birds while connecting rivers and shielding the farm from severe weather.”
