Highlights
“Nicaragua Madriz coffee is cultivated in the mountainous north near the Honduran border, where high elevations and a dry climate produce dense, flavor-rich beans. Region: Madriz. Processing: natural, sun-dried on raised beds. Altitude: 900-1,300 MASL. Varietals: Parainema, Hibridos, Caturra, Catimor, and Marsellesa. The cup is smooth and balanced with notes of cocoa, toasted almond, and subtle red fruit sweetness with a gentle citrus brightness. Great for drip coffee and balanced espresso blends. Roast level medium.”
