“Guaya'b is a fully washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by 115 women participating in the Manos de Mujer program of Guaya'b Asociación Civil. Grown between 900 and 1,850 metres above sea level, the coffee is delivered daily to the cooperative's centralized wet mill, fermented for 36-48 hours, and sun-dried on patios. The cooperative supports members with organic farming training, soil analysis, micro-financing, and childcare during harvest.”
