“Copán is produced by members of APROCACERCHIL, a cooperative of more than 170 coffee-growing families in western Honduras. Through centralized processing, quality control, and organic fertilizer production, the cooperative helps producers focus on careful farm management and harvesting only the ripest cherries. This collaborative approach has established APROCACERCHIL as a respected source of high-quality coffee while supporting sustainable coffee production throughout the region. The coffee is fully washed, highlighting balance, sweetness, and clarity in the cup while maintaining a clean finish.”
