“Ghostroast is Traffic's annual mystery coffee, and the only things the roaster will confirm are the red honey process and a medium-light roast. The copy hints at one of the oldest and largest farm projects in its region, carbon neutral, growing indigenous varieties alongside Ethiopian strains it has learned to process in an unusual way. In the cup it is dulce de leche, cacao and peach, silky and crowd-pleasing; the printed bags will differ this year because the artwork was delayed in Ontario.”
