“Prolog Coffee in Copenhagen roasted this single-lot Colombia, and Townsfolk Coffee in Kanazawa imports and sells it in Japan. The coffee comes from Frank Rivas Torres' La Indonesia in Nariño, grown at 1,750 masl and fully washed, which keeps the cup clean while pushing red fruit, tropical notes and a juicy finish. Prolog seals the bags with a valve straight after roasting, and Townsfolk ships within roughly a month and a half of the roast date.”
