“Indonesia is one of the most diverse coffee origins in Southeast Asia, and Topeca has spent years working through Sumatran honey and natural lots. This is their first washed Java: a rare find, since the region is best known for wet-hulled processing. The lot comes from smallholder farmers in the Tenjolaya Ciwidey highlands of West Java, a blend of Catimor, Tim-Tim and Lini-S grown at an average 1,450 masl and imported by Covoya Coffee Importers. Roasted light, it pours a balanced cup of rich tobacco, raisin and a sweet brown sugar finish.”
