“Don Vicente Signature Espresso is the private-label edition of Topeca's long-running Signature Espresso, roasted in Tulsa from coffees grown in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador and packed under the Don Vicente wholesale brand. The blend pairs washed lots from the family farm network with a splash of natural process coffee, which gives the toffee-nut and dark-chocolate core its fruity cherry-cordial lift and heavy, syrupy texture. Topeca's own shop recipe is 19 g in, 40 g out in about 25 seconds; the same coffee works as drip or cold brew.”
