“Tony's Mexico is a single-origin organic coffee from FEDESI, the Federacion de Sociedades Cooperativas Cafetaleras de la Sierra Madre, in Chiapas. The federation was founded by six groups in the municipalities of Motozintla and Siltepec, and most of its partners farm about three acres each with their own wet mill and drying patio. The medium roast runs toasted almond and butterscotch, and ships in 12 oz and 5 lb bags, whole bean or ground, at $18.50 for 12 oz.”
