“This washed lot from the Sidama region of Ethiopia is vibrant, fun and easy to sip. Stone fruit sweetness pops off with apricot jelly and peach notes, and its clean body offers citrus sweetness with pleasant acidity. As it cools, grape notes appear - rich concord sweetness for some, a first bite into a green grape for others - with white and green tea vibes in the background. About 1,022 small farmers deliver harvests to the Abore Station processing site, where cherries ferment 36-72 hours before rinsing and 12-15 days of raised-bed drying.”
