Highlights
“This natural-process Gesha from Yessica Parra's El Mirador farm in Pitalito, Colombia starts with careful selection of only the ripest cherries. Fermented in open tanks for 60 hours, then dried with temperature control for about 20 days. The cup is spicy and vibrant with notes of red fruit and florals, a creamy balanced body, and a sweet lingering finish.”
