“A white honey processed coffee from the Bare kebele in Bona Zuria, Sidama, Ethiopia. Smallholders farm JARC selections (74158, 74165, 74112, 74110, 74140) at 2,100–2,200 masl on loamy clay. The Tulu family owns the site, and Aron Fesaha manages processing. Cherries were hand-sorted, floated, pulped white honey, and dried on shaded raised beds under filtered sun. Roaster's notes highlight delicate florals with tea-like textures, offering vibes of Panama with Ethiopian character.”
