“Edinson Argote is a passionate young producer from Acevedo-Huila, Colombia. After losing his mother at age three and leaving home at eleven, he joined the army at eighteen and later discovered specialty coffee while working at his cousin's buying station. This lot from Finca Quebraditas features Chiroso, processed with a double anaerobic advanced natural method: 72-hour oxidation, re-hydration, then 120-hour fermentation with specific yeast below 25°C, followed by controlled drying. The result is a bold, fruity cup.”
