The estate works the 1,950–2,100 masl band above Boquete, and letting the whole cherry dry leaves the cup floral first, with apricot, cranberry, grape and rose apple behind it. The shop lists the same estate's Reserved Lot #9 as a washed sibling, so this is the fruit-forward half of the pair: 200 g at RM 280.”
