“La Manao sits in Tolima, Colombia, where this Bourbon Naranja — the orange-fruited mutation of Red Bourbon — is grown at 1,700 masl and given a semi-washed treatment. The cup runs plum, green grapes and citrus over milk chocolate, keeping the sweetness round rather than sharp. Roasted for espresso and sold in 200 g bags at RM 40, with 500 g and 1 kg also listed.”
