“Terraform's Danche lot is an Ethiopian landrace natural from the Danche washing station in Gedeb, Gedeo, grown around 2250 masl and dried on raised African beds for 20 to 25 days. The station belongs to SNAP Specialty Coffee and buys cherry from roughly 650 smallholders around Kubi, Sisota and Sike. Terraform roasts it for the filter side, printing red floral, peach and pineapple, and sells it at US$11 per 100 g.”
