“Finca San Lorenzo sits in the hills of Cobán in Guatemala's Alta Verapaz department, run by third-generation producer Luis Wicho Valdés. The family has been growing coffee in the region since the 1960s. Cobán's unusually cool, wet climate with frequent mist creates a lush cloud-forest environment. San Lorenzo grows Caturra, Catuaí, Bourbon, Sachimor, Obata, and Tupí, with day lots tasted and grouped by cup character.”
