“Buenavista Loxicha is a community of 50 to 100 smallholder families in San Agustín Loxicha, Oaxaca, farming steep plots in the Sierra Madre del Sur where coffee grows beside bananas and other shade crops. The washed lots come from five varieties planted between 1,000 and 1,700 metres. Temple's roast brings out dark chocolate and honey graham sweetness with a subtle nutmeg spice, full-bodied and richly satisfying.”
