“Gundikhan Estate sits in the Chikmagalur district of Karnataka, in the Western Ghats near the Bhadra Tiger Reserve, where owner Saif Ulla farms as part of the KaadKaapi Collective with an emphasis on native tree cover and wildlife-friendly practice. The natural lot is dried as whole cherries, which builds the pronounced sweetness and full body of the cup. TEMPLE has sourced this estate for a second consecutive harvest since returning to Indian coffee in 2025.”
