“Hacienda Sonora is a 100-hectare estate at the base of Poás Volcano in Costa Rica's Central Valley, farmed by Alberto and Diego Guardia as a father-and-son team and supplied to Temple since 2011. This natural Bourbon is dried in the whole fruit at 1,250 metres: blackberry jam sweetness, warming spiced rum and a bright lemon-curd acidity over a jammy body, with a long coating finish.”
