“The first of three Pink Bourbon lots from the main harvest at Finca Costa Rica, Faver Ninco's 10-hectare farm in Santa Maria, Huila. At just over 2,000 masl, the farm experiences cooler temperatures, more limited sunlight, and less regular rainfall, producing sporadic flowering and nearly year-round picking. This lot comes from the early and peak portions of the May-August main harvest.”
