Highlights
“Raro Boda sits in the Uraga highlands of Guji, the part of Ethiopia Tanat singles out for intensely floral lots with a bright backbone of acidity. This is a community coffee rather than a single farm: cherries come from different smallholders around Raro Boda, local 74110 and 74112 varieties, fully washed and dried between 1,900 and 2,300 metres. In the cup it is all finesse - the liveliness of orange zest meeting the delicacy of black tea, with a sweet dried-apricot roundness that keeps the whole thing light. 87 points, roasted light for filter. Harvest 2026, 200 g at 14.90 EUR.”
