“River Flow is Elto Coffee's precision protocol: the cherries ferment in sealed bags held in a river, then follow a classic wash and a slow dry. RF8 is the washed expression from the Elora lot, grown by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene in Bensa, Sidama. The cup opens fine and luminous — bergamot, floral and delicate — then yuzu takes over with a sharp, precise acidity, and black tea gives structure without weight.
