“Poma's research station on the island of Funen grows coffee in a climate-controlled greenhouse, six years old, where algorithms model plant biology so researchers can hold conditions steady and watch how coffee reacts to climate change. Flora is one of the varieties worked there, and this lot is washed with zero fermentation - a deliberately clean process that lets the plant's own character lead.
