“Swerl's 2026 Swedish Aeropress Championship coffee, and the fifth iteration of Los Magnificos: a washed Geisha from the Monkaaba group around San Agustin, Huila, grown between 1,600 and 1,989 metres. Contributors include Orlando Quinayas, Diana Quinayas, Jose Omar Munoz, Rovira Salamanca and Stiven Hoyos, with each producer delivering parchment to the Monkaaba bodega for tasting and selection; the lot exists so those small deliveries can still reach buyers instead of being blended anonymously. Floral and complex, tasting of jasmine and red plum with a tropical edge, and versatile enough to adapt to any brew method. Part of the Odd Bean collection, released at a limited discounted price.”
