“Solo Sabado features rotating single farm Colombian coffee. Terra Coffee's Red Sun lot brings together small producers in Pitalito, Huila, where family members and neighbors work side by side on small farms. Through extended fermentations, the project brings new character to familiar coffee varieties, creating distinctive profiles with vibrant citrus notes. Grown at 1750 masl, this semi-washed Caturra is roasted light/medium to highlight its juicy sweetness and bright citrus character. Roasted by Craig Deahl.”
