Highlights
“Raul Trujillo is a leading producer in La Plata, Huila, where his farm overlooks the Paez River valley at 2000 masl. Since joining an allied producer program, he has been able to sell his coffee as specialty since 2016, creating a more steady and sustainable income for his family. This washed Caturra lot offers clarity, sweetness, and balance with soft apricot sweetness, Meyer lemon brightness, and a rounded brown sugar finish.”
