“Yessica and Diego Parra are siblings from Pitalito, Huila, and fourth generation coffee producers. After years working in specialty coffee, they founded Diwan Coffee, eventually leaving their jobs to acquire their own farm, El Mirador. This shipment marks their very first export together. Grown at 1,750 meters, this naturally processed Gesha is made from only the ripest cherries, fermented in open tanks for 60 hours, then carefully dried under controlled temperatures for around 20 days.”
