Highlights
“Former Cup of Excellence winner Pedro Sagastume’s family has grown coffee for three generations. After inheriting a small plot in 1978, he steadily expanded to establish Los Quetzales in the mountains of Santa Barbara, Honduras. Surrounded by protected forests and grown at 1600–1700 masl, this fully washed Gesha is meticulously processed from harvest through drying. The result is an elegant cup with floral aromatics, tart fruit complexity, and bright tamarind sweetness. This hyper-limited microlot is part of Superlost’s Coffee Of The Moment series, released as a one-time batch.”
