“This coffee comes from Ocholo Bedecho, whose large farm in the Urga District of Guji is unusually big for an Ethiopian smallholder. Native heirloom varieties grown at 2200-2300 MASL finish with traditional washed processing for a classic, approachable Ethiopian profile. Bright bergamot acidity balanced by palm sugar sweetness, hints of stonefruit and a delicate violet floral as the cup cools.”
