“A balanced AB grade from the Kii Factory, the top-performing factory of the Rungeto Farmers' Co-operative Society in Kirinyaga, Kenya. Kii has been dedicated to washed processing since 1968: the triple-variety lot was pulped with recirculated water from the neighbouring River Kii, washed, given a final soak and rested on drying beds until it reached optimal moisture at 1,619 MASL.”
