“Gatta Farm sits in the Shantawene kebele of Sidama, named for the waterfall that separates it from neighbouring Bombe, and the original forest canopy is still left standing to shade the coffee beneath it. Daye Bensa, the Dukamo brothers' export company, began working this site in 2013 when Mulugeta Dukamo saw what the surrounding natural forest could produce. Roughly 940 local smallholders deliver cherry here, and this lot of the 74158 selection was honey processed to draw out stone fruit, berry and sweet citrus.”
