“Disco Kid is a limited edition Spojka roasted in collaboration with AYM, and the bag names its locality simply as Costa Rica and Kenya. The blend combines a yeast-fermented Costa Rican component with a washed Kenyan one, so the cup stays sweet and aromatic rather than heavy. Spojka lists green tea, honey, raspberry, lemongrass and sugarcane, scores the lot at 88.25, and roasts it omni so it works in espresso and filter alike. Bags are 200 g and come with a beaded keyring.”
