“BrewTEAful comes from Bang Silalahi and his farmer community in the Toba region of Sumatra, Indonesia. They specialize in nano-lots from single varieties, processing coffee from their own organically certified farm as well as agricultural partners and surrounding farms. Only fully ripe fruits are manually harvested and processed using various methods under the supervision of their certified Q grader and Q processor with CQI license. The Catimor variety is specifically suited for general organic coffee cultivation practices in this region.”
