“Alo is Tamiru Tadesse's project in Sidama and West Arsi Nensebo, recognised after placing at the top of Ethiopia's 2021 Cup of Excellence. The lot is the JARC-bred 74158 varietal, developed for disease resistance and cup quality at altitude, dry fermented and washed, and grown at 2,200 metres.”
