We've now visited many times, and are proud to work with the team, sharing their coffee that exemplifies their dedication to quality. This lot is an orange bourbon, processed as a natural. It has been oxidised for 24 hours, pre-dried for 2 days in bastidores before being dried in cold room for 6 weeks.”
