“Marcos Herrera is one of Peru's most respected specialty coffee producers, cultivating Gesha, Bourbon and SL28 varieties at Mamaruntu, his farm in Lonya Grande, Amazonas. He earned 14th place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence with this Natural Gesha. Fully ripe cherries undergo 72 hours of sealed cherry fermentation and approximately 30 days of drying in solar dryers.”
