Stefan Muller, Manuel Barsallo and José Benjamín de Dianous G. farm Pink Bourbon there; this lot was washed and released as part of Sorellina's Brewers Series. Apricot, orange and white florals dominate the aroma, while the cup gives orange and creamsicle sweetness with peach and white tea, medium-plus acidity, medium sweetness, a juicy body and a lingering floral aftertaste.”
