“This is Small Planes' fourth year purchasing from the AProCafé producer group in San Pedro La Laguna. The 52-member co-op produces specialty community lots from farms at 1,550-2,100 masl around Lake Atitlán. Bourbon, Pache, Catuaí and Caturra varieties are selectively picked and fully washed, yielding a clean, approachable cup with smooth body and lingering sweetness.”
