“A collaboration between Skylark and the Batch Baby team, whose Tom and Saskia are devoted birders; the pair spent a day photographing white storks at the Knepp rewilding project, and Saskia turned those images into the pink resealable bag. Each bag holds 200 g of an anaerobic washed Sidra from Luz Ángela Rojas in Colombia, grown at 1,600–1,850 masl with a cup score of 90. In addition to Skylark’s usual £1/kg donation, £2 from every bag goes to London Wildlife Trust’s Rewilding East London initiative, which is reintroducing beavers and white storks to restored wetlands at Eastbrookend Country Park. Ángela Rojas left a career in nursing and auditing to return to her family’s farm and build a family-run project around quality agronomy, and Skylark has sourced from her for several releases.”
