“Drugar is short for Dried Uganda Arabica, a home-dried coffee normally sold on Uganda's internal market. The Coffee Gardens collected and sorted Drugar alongside their rejects, elevating it to exportable quality while paying farmers a premium. SkyLark bought the entire lot of 37 sacks and cleaned it further with a colour sorter.”
