The producers — including Hervey and Rocio Cuellar — grew Castillo and Colombia varieties at 1,600-1,800 MASL, processing naturals despite Huila's rainy climate. The risk paid off: 88.5 cup score, with clean sugar sweetness and guava juice clarity that mark this as one of the region's best experimental naturals.”
