“Sightglass has worked with Renardo Ovalle since 2017, and his coffees have become house favorites. This lot comes from Finca La Guitarra in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, and is mostly composed of the rare San Ramon variety alongside Caturra. Washed and grown between 1,700 and 2,100 meters, it is roasted light-medium and opens with elderflower, toffee and Cara Cara orange.”
