“Smallholder farmers deliver cherry to the Dembi drying station in Sidama, Ethiopia, operated by Salomon Hameso Boku. Boku first purchased his farm in 2017 and, with the help of his community, has grown the operation to several drying stations across Bensa-Huro Tibro, Kokose and Aroresa, Dembi being the newest. This lot was processed as a traditional natural and dried on raised beds. Sourced via Primavera Coffee.”
